About Jordan Epstein

Jordan Epstein serves as the Senior Sales Manager at Lyon Stahl’s Century City office, bringing nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, and investment sales. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Jordan held senior roles at Marcus & Millichap, where he was a key member of the Los Angeles Apartment Advisors (LAAA) team. During his tenure, he played an instrumental role in closing over 350 transactions totaling more than $1.1 billion in sales volume, earning multiple accolades including the firm’s Rising Star Award and “Emerging Core” recognition.

 

Before transitioning into his role at Lyon Stahl, Jordan led leasing and capital improvement operations at The NOW, overseeing a diverse portfolio encompassing more than 85 properties and nearly one million square feet of multifamily, retail, and office space. His ability to align leasing strategy, asset performance, and ownership objectives reflects his results-driven, analytical, and relationship-focused approach to real estate.

 

A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology, Jordan was a Division I student- athlete on a full-ride golf scholarship, where he earned All-Big West Conference honors and captured the 2014 Fresno State Classic title. His background in competitive golf instilled in him the discipline, focus, and integrity that define his professional philosophy today.

 

Jordan is recognized by colleagues and clients alike for his strong leadership, market insight, and commitment to building lasting relationships. Outside of work, he remains passionate about golf, travel, health and wellness, and cheering on the New York Rangers.
